By accessing our website https://wrapd.ai (the "Website") and using our services (the "Services", which include the Website), you entrust us with your personal information. We take this responsibility seriously. This privacy notice is designed to provide clarity on the nature of the data we collect, its purpose, and your rights concerning it. If you disagree with any terms in this privacy notice, please cease using our Services immediately. This notice encompasses all information gathered through our Services, as well as any related services, sales, marketing, or events.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We gather personal details you share with us.
The personal data we collect is influenced by your interactions with us and our Services, your choices, and the features you use. This includes information you voluntarily share when registering on our Website, using our Services, expressing interest in our products and Services, participating in our online forums, contests, or when reaching out to us. The personal details we gather may encompass:
To register for our Services, we'll ask for your existing email address, like the one associated with your Google, Apple, or other email providers. We'll collect your name, email address, and shopping preferences. Ensure that all personal details shared are accurate and up-to-date.
To provide you with personalised deals, coupons, and tracking codes, Wrapd securely accesses your email inbox. This access helps us gather and store deals from your inbox, granted by you in connection with our Services. The aim is to enhance your customer experience and highlight relevant products and services. If you connect your Gmail account to access our Services, our collection of email data via the Wrapd product adheres to the 'reporting and monitoring' category of the Google API restricted scope. Wrapd's use and transfer of data from Google APIs will comply with Google's policies and terms.
When You Grant Inbox Access.
Wrapd may gather Personal Information from email data when you share access credentials or tokens for your email accounts. Our systems capture encrypted email header data (sender, recipient, date, subject, excluding message content). We then apply proprietary logic to identify emails that:
(1) seem to be deals from retailers or online merchants we monitor;
(2) highlight other potential savings opportunities, or
(3) seem to be order tracking notifications related from purchases from retailer or online merchants.
Selected email content is then accessed, decrypted, and reviewed to inform you of potential savings. Occasionally, we might decrypt the email header data to ensure our proprietary logic functions correctly.
When You Use our Web and Mobile App
We might automatically record specific data from your device using technologies like “clear gifs" or “web beacons.” This data can include your IP address, device type, web pages you visit, content you engage with, and more. We might also track your interactions with our email messages. This data helps us understand user behaviour and improve our Services.
Information automatically collected.
Some data, like your IP address or device details, is automatically gathered when you use our Services.
Information from other sources.
We might gather data from public databases, marketing partners, and other external sources.
To better understand your preferences, we might obtain data about you from various sources. This can include public databases, marketing partners, data providers, and social media platforms. This data helps us tailor our Services to your needs. If you interact with us on social media, we might receive personal details based on your privacy settings. If you wish to restrict this data sharing, adjust your social media privacy settings.
